david wong, AIA, architect
David Wong believes that today’s architecture is no longer just a shelter but a multidisciplinary “machine”, where success is achieved through a collaborative effort involving the owner, architects, and engineers. David believes in a hands-on approach and participates in all aspects of a project from programming through construction administration.
Prior to working with Gallagher Projects, David had been a project manager at Rafael Vinoly Architects PC, an award winning New York-based firm. There, David Wong had been responsible for the design, construction documentation, and construction administration for higher educational buildings, as well as large scale civic buildings. Mr. Wong coordinated design and presentation drawings for various competitions including the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Janelia Farm Research Campus, and the New Opera House in Oslo.
